Dr. Katelyn Trenouth is an Ottawa native who completed a Bachelor of Science Honours in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University in 2015. Dr. Katelyn attended New York Chiropractic College and graduated with Honours in 2019. She participated in weekly workshops and attended several clinical seminars through her memberships with the Rehab to Performance (R2P) club and the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI).

To complete her clinical training, Dr. Katelyn participated in a one-year competitive clerkship with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at a teaching hospital in Florida. Within the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, she gained experience in the diagnosis, treatment and conservative management of complex neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. She gained additional experience in lab and radiographic interpretation and had exposure to orthopedic surgery cases.

Dr. Katelyn endorses a multi-faceted approach to care and incorporates a range of services (see below) to treat her patients. She is passionate about functional movement as medicine. As a previous competitive gymnast, she maintains an active lifestyle through weightlifting, hiking, rock climbing and yoga.
