Melissa Oitzl, RMT
Growing up as a competitive diver, Melissa’s passion for health and fitness started at a young age.
Mel understands the benefit of massage therapy, regular exercise and the importance of taking care of ones body for a life free of aches and pain! After completing her degree in human kinetics, she worked as personal trainer and group fitness instructor to add a complimentary modality to her skill set.
In 2014, Mel graduated from the Intensive Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and became a registered massage therapist. She has extensive experience working with rehabbing injuries as well as pre-and post-natal clients.
Through out the years Melissa has thrived off sharing her passion with others as she prepared for several full marathons in hopes of qualifying for Boston and has more recently turned her focus to body building as she prepares for her next show in June as provincially qualified figure competitor!
