Dr. Paige O’Neill
Chiropractor
Dr. Paige O’Neill is an evidence-based chiropractor who helps patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. Her treatment approach combines chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercise, patient education, and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture to support long-term recovery and performance.
Paige completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She has completed additional training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Disability Management, and Cancer & Exercise.
Paige has experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, and chronic pain conditions. She works collaboratively with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address both symptoms and the underlying factors contributing to pain and injury.
With a strong background in athletics and rehabilitation, Paige currently provides sideline coverage for the Ottawa Swans Australian Football Club and previously worked with university football and volleyball teams as a student athletic trainer. She enjoys helping active individuals stay healthy, recover from injury, and confidently return to sport and exercise.
Her clinical interests include sports and recreational injuries, exercise rehabilitation, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, chronic pain management, pregnancy and postpartum care, and healthy aging and mobility.
Paige believes the best outcomes occur when patients understand their condition and take an active role in recovery. She strives to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where patients feel supported in reaching their health and movement goals.
Outside the clinic, Paige enjoys running, cycling, Nordic skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
